Maple Hill Manor offers an elegant place for a truly memorable event - whether inside the Manor or the beautiful grounds with its Flower Gardens, Wedding Gazebo, Tent Areas, Horse and Carriage Rides, not to mention the picturesque country landscape which surrounds this gracious plantation home.
Your Wedding Guests will enjoy the romantic setting and exquisite catering services. You will be assured of having Professional Event Planning related to overall coordination and preparation. Our dedicated staff will provide a reception or rehearsal dinner that will be nothing less than spectacular!

Wedding Reception/Manor Rental: Based on # of Guests AND/OR Duration of Event . . . if you estimate your event time to be longer than what is associated with then # of Guests on the levels below, the next higher pricing level will apply. For example, you estimate 75 Guests but anticipate a 6 hour event, then the Event Rental Fee would amount to $999. Should your event last longer than specified in this agreement, the additional charge would be deducted from your Security Deposit.

The following are OPTIONAL ARRANGEMENTS which are AVAILABLE:
Wedding Planner Services - includes overall coordination and planning of event: only $25/hr. Flower/Decorations/Accents: starting at $50 Catering Service: ranges from $5.95/person to $24.95/person Wedding Cake & Punch: starting at $99 Tent/Tables/Chairs and Other Rentals: starting at $199 Bar Tending Set-up & Service: starting at $50/hour Music/DJ: $250 - $300 for 2-3 hours Accommodations/Meals: refer to room rates listed below Officiate: typically $50-$65 for event Horse & Carriage: $300 for event Instrumentalist (i.e. Harpist, Pianist, etc.): $250 for event Photographer: starting at $250 Videographer: starting at $400 Linens: starting at $50 Security Deposit: $250 (to be returned approx. 1 week after event)
Second Day Rental Rate is only $299 (i.e., Rehearsal Dinner Event) Holiday Weekends require a two-night, Full House Rental. If event is scheduled before 12 noon or after 4 pm, a Full House Rental is required. Kitchen Rental: $25/hour - total use of time in kitchen.
